I have a lifelong compulsion to collect. Like the art process itself, the hunting, gathering and ordering are deeply personal things. I drag home diamonds in the rough with innate possibilities and eloquent, unknown histories. In my studio, I am archivist, alchemist and artist surrounded by my treasures, my stash, my palette ready to build something new. I have found my voice and I have something to say.
